For the past few years there has been an ongoing debate between satellite companies on who has more HD channels. CHEYENNE — The Wyoming attorney general announced last week that DISH Network LLC will pay $5,991,000 to settle consumer protection allegations with attorneys general in 46 states, including Wyoming.

Dish Network Corp. has added another $400 million to an earlier debt note sale, upping the amount of money it seeks to raise for general corporate purposes to $1.4 billion.

WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--The Senate Judiciary Committee approved a bill Thursday renewing a complex licensing system giving cable and satellite operators the right to broadcast copyrighted television programs.
